Q: Is the Trendmood Box a Subscription Box?

A: The Trendmood Box is NOT a subscription box. Each box will be treated as a separate launch.  Some months could have 1-2 launches, while others might not have a launch. 

 

Q: Is the Trendmood Box available Internationally?

A: Yes! We are now shipping to Europe and Canada! We are working hard to expand shipping to additional International countries. 

 

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping within the contiguous USA is Free. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii varies. Shipping to Europe and Canada varies + VATs and Duties where applicable. 

 

Q: Are there specific days that the Trendmood Box will be available?

A: Each launch date will vary month to month. 


Q: Will the boxes restock?

A: Unfortunately not. Once the box sells out, its gone!

 

Q: What is included in each box?

A: Each box will contain select items curated by Trendmood.  Items can include makeup, skincare, accessories, nail polish, and or apparel. 


Q: If I receive something that I don’t like or already have, can I return or exchange it?

A: Unfortunately not. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

 

Q: Can I buy more than one box?

A: Unfortunately not. All boxes are limited to one per customer

 

Q: How long does it take for my box to ship?

A: For orders within the United States, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process, and an additional 3-7 business days for shipping time depending on where you live. 

A: For orders outside of the United States, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process, and an additional 21 business days for shipping time depending on where you live. Please note, due to Covid-19 international orders are experiencing larger than normal delays.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order once I have placed it?

A: Unfortunately not. Once you place an order it’s final

 

Q: What happens if my box is not delivered and is shipped back to sender

A: If an order is returned due to an invalid address, there is a $15 reshipping fee. 

 

Q: What happens if an item is received damaged or my box is marked as delivered and never arrives?

A: If an item is received damaged/missing, you have up-to 10 days after delivery to contact our support team. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any damaged/missing claims after 10 days. If your box is not received and marked as delivered, you must contact us within 5 business days. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any lost package claims after 5 business days.
